it's not too personal at all!!! i love talking about myself, it's all good U^w^U i honestly don't know how i figured it out though. i guess the term just clicked one day? i've always grown up with a constantly shifting gender identity (and identity in general), though i've always more or less stayed on the feminine spectrum, if i make sense. both of my relationships were with girls, so i kind of just went with the term "lesbian", i guess? since it was the most fitting option. however, my second one was with a trans girl. and she went through a lot of phases as well, where she would call herself a cisboy and ask me to call her my boyfriend and stuff. these would last for weeks at a time. since she identified as a boy those times (albeit her just trying to push herself into a box), it felt wrong to call myself a lesbian in those instances, but i wasn't sure what else to use. i'm not sure if i'm making sense here... there have also been periods in my life before her where i Liked Boys. i didn't know the boys long enough to actually form anything, but i definitely felt interested. but again, i didn't know if such a trivial interest counted as genuine interest. even now, i'm still not sure!😢😢 which is why i'm using the term bicurious for now. but i've been thinking lately i might just be unlabeled. sooo. Yeah. i hope i explained well IM REALLY BAD AT EXPLAINING STUFF IMSORRYYYUHH....
